Just catching up on comments here:
* You can manually add a station on The Lounge website, but it's a bit clunky.

* Evoke-3 - are you trying to work out how to delete a programme that you've set to record in the future (from the Electronic Programme Guide?).

Hi, have you been able to add a station manually ?. This post implies it's possible

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=910694&highlight=evoke+flow

I am waiting to register on the forum to ask the writer.

Good review, I have high hopes for the box.

Regards, Mick

This feels like a step in the right direction but I wonder how far we are from a platform neutral radio? One with a nice big EPG that lets us listen to what we want, access music lists from a computer and even download Podcasts to drop onto an iPod. Now that would be cool.

The website is at http://www.thelounge.com and I believe it will be open to all shortly, regardless of whether you own a Flow or not. In that respect, it's a pretty normal portal experience.

Have you got a link for their Lounge site? Do you know if it's possible to see it without first owning a Pure radio?

It's an entirely new build from scratch, on a Linux based platform. PURE are doing their own discovery of radio stations into a directory which they surface into their The Lounge portal. The DAB Digital Radio receiver is a mixture of existing receiver module technology but I suspect using a set of Linux based drivers to control it.

Hopefully in later releases of radio (or firmware for the Flow) they'll integrated DAB, WiFi and FM more intimately.

Does this unit use Reciva hardware (like almost every other Internet radio on the market) or is it something entirely new inside?
